Pratt has joined the organization as a Business Coach, further strengthening the firm’s ability to deliver high-level legal, accounting, financial advisory, and strategic business consulting services to entrepreneurs, tribal nations, and small businesses across the nation.

Stacy brings more than 30 years of professional experience as both an Attorney and Certified Public Accountant, with extensive expertise in tax planning, financial management, legal advisory services, estate planning, payroll management, and business operations. As a citizen of the Cherokee Nation, Stacy also brings a strong commitment to supporting Native-owned businesses, tribal enterprises, and economic development initiatives throughout Indian Country.

In his role as Business Coach, Stacy will provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions, strategic planning support, financial readiness guidance, legal technical assistance, and operational advisory services for businesses participating in State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI) programs and other growth-focused initiatives. His work will include accounting services, financial advisory services, legal readiness support, and compliance guidance designed to improve capital access and long-term business sustainability.
