Cherokee Nation Citizen-Owned Business Reaffirms Commitment to Cherokee Culture, Community, and Economic Development

OWASSO, Okla. — The Strategy Group, LLC, a Cherokee Nation citizen-owned business and nationally recognized Native American business consulting firm, is proud to announce its Principal Sponsorship of the 2026 Cherokee National Holiday.

Celebrated annually over Labor Day weekend, the Cherokee National Holiday commemorates the signing of the 1839 Cherokee Constitution and welcomes more than 100,000 visitors from across the United States and around the world to celebrate Cherokee history, culture, language, and community.

Since partnering with the Cherokee Nation, The Strategy Group has provided business coaching, mentorship, strategic planning, financial guidance, and technical assistance to Cherokee entrepreneurs through the State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI) and other economic development programs. The firm’s work has helped Native-owned businesses improve access to capital, strengthen operations, and position themselves for long-term success.
