The Strategy Group Announces New Consulting Partnership with the Sisseton-Wahpeton Oyate to Support SSBCI Programs

Owasso, Oklahoma — April 23, 2026 — The Strategy Group, LLC is proud to announce the execution of a new three-year Consultant Agreement with the Sisseton-Wahpeton Oyate of the Lake Traverse Reservation to support the implementation, oversight, and administration of the Tribe’s State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI) Loan Participation Program (LPP) and Technical Assistance (TA) Grant Program.

This partnership reflects a shared commitment to strengthening tribal small businesses, expanding access to capital, and providing the strategic technical assistance necessary to create long-term economic sustainability for entrepreneurs across the Lake Traverse Reservation.

Under the agreement, The Strategy Group will provide professional consulting services including financial advisory services, accounting services, financial and planning services, and customized technical assistance tailored to the unique needs of tribal businesses and economic development initiatives. These services are designed to help tribal entrepreneurs improve business readiness, develop strong financial models, access funding opportunities, and position themselves for sustainable growth .
