The Strategy Group Announces SSBCI Technical Assistance Partnership with the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma

Owasso, OK — March 19, 2026 — The Strategy Group, LLC, a Certified Native American–owned business consulting and technical assistance firm, is proud to announce a new partnership with the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma to support Native entrepreneurs through the State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI) Technical Assistance Program.

Through this partnership, The Strategy Group will deliver professional legal, accounting, financial advisory, and business coaching services to eligible Choctaw Nation tribal-member-owned businesses located within the Choctaw Nation Reservation. The program is designed to improve capital readiness, strengthen financial management practices, and support sustainable business growth.

Funded by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s SSBCI Technical Assistance Grant, the program expands access to critical advisory resources that help Native entrepreneurs prepare for funding opportunities and long-term success.

Under the program, The Strategy Group will work in coordination with Choctaw Small Business Development (CSBD) to support Choctaw-owned businesses through individualized, one-on-one technical assistance. All services are delivered in alignment with federal SSBCI guidelines and the Choctaw Nation’s economic development priorities.

Services available through the SSBCI Technical Assistance Program include:

• Financial statement preparation and bookkeeping systems
• Cash-flow analysis, budgeting, and financial projections
• Capital-access planning and loan-readiness support
• Contract review, compliance guidance, and operational readiness

This partnership reinforces the Choctaw Nation’s continued investment in strengthening its small-business ecosystem by expanding access to professional advisory services while ensuring accountability, compliance, and measurable outcomes under the SSBCI program.
