The Alliance CDFI and The Strategy Group, LLC Announce Strategic Partnership to Support Yurok Tribe Entrepreneurs

Klamath, CA and Owasso, OK — November, 24, 2025— The Alliance CDFI and The Strategy Group, LLC are proud to announce a new partnership designed to strengthen entrepreneurship, financial capability, and long-term business success for Yurok Tribe citizens and Native-owned businesses.

Under this agreement, The Strategy Group—a Native American–owned management consulting firm based in Owasso, Oklahoma—will provide high-impact business support services to entrepreneurs participating in The Alliance CDFI’s economic development initiatives. The collaboration is focused on equipping Yurok entrepreneurs with the tools, knowledge, and professional support needed to build sustainable, thriving enterprises in Indian Country.

As part of this partnership, The Strategy Group will provide services that include:

Legal support coordination

Accounting and financial consulting

Business planning and advisory services

Entrepreneur coaching and mentoring

Marketing strategy, website development, and digital outreach

Other business development services tailored to individual entrepreneurs’ needs

Each participating entrepreneur will receive a customized Scope of Work (SOW) outlining goals, deliverables, and targeted milestones for their business growth journey.
