Erica Stokes serves as Administrative Assistant at The Strategy Group, supporting executive leadership, daily operations, and project coordination. With a background in administrative support, strategic communications, and social media management, Erica brings experience organizing information, coordinating priorities, and supporting collaboration across teams.

Prior to joining The Strategy Group, Erica served as Social Media Manager and Strategy & Communications Coordinator at Tulsa Creative Engine. Erica’s professional experience also includes working with artists, entrepreneurs, and small businesses to support marketing initiatives, strengthen communication, and coordinate creative projects.

A citizen of the Cherokee Nation, Erica brings a multifaceted perspective shaped by Native American heritage and involvement in Tulsa’s creative community. Outside of The Strategy Group, Erica is active as a DJ and creative collaborator, contributing to the city’s arts and entertainment scene.
