William “Wil” Lowe
Tribal Strategic Advisor
William “Wil” Lowe serves as Tribal Strategic Advisor for The Strategy Group, bringing extensive leadership experience in Tribal governance, economic development, governmental affairs, and public-sector strategy throughout Indian Country.
A Marine Corps veteran and MBA-prepared executive leader, Wil previously served as Speaker of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation National Council and currently serves as a National Council Representative for the Okmulgee District. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for developing strategic partnerships, supporting Tribal Nations, securing public-sector funding, and advancing economic development initiatives that create long-term community impact.
Wil has held executive leadership roles supporting Tribal governments, municipalities, regional organizations, and economic development initiatives across the United States. His experience includes public administration, legislative leadership, workforce development, tourism development, infrastructure planning, and intergovernmental relations.
At The Strategy Group, Wil supports Tribal Nation engagement, strategic planning, business development, public-sector initiatives, and relationship development throughout Indian Country. His leadership and strategic insight strengthen The Strategy Group’s mission of helping Tribal Nations, entrepreneurs, and organizations build sustainable growth and long-term economic success.
Wil currently serves on several boards and national organizations, including the National Congress of American Indians, the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development, and the Okmulgee YMCA Board of Directors. He also previously served as President of the American Indian Chamber of Commerce of Oklahoma in both 2016 and 2025.
