His background includes 14 years in executive leadership roles within healthcare and laboratory operations, including as Executive Director for the Arkansas Blood Institute and Director of Operations at Blood Systems, Inc., where he delivered top-tier compliance results and doubled sales performance.
Del is highly experienced in training implementation, quality audits, and regulatory compliance, having overseen testing lab rollouts for major clients including the NFL, MLS, and Royal Caribbean through his work with BioReference Laboratories. He has led CLIA-compliant lab inspections, developed operational strategies, and managed large-scale multi-location teams with a focus on efficiency and risk mitigation.
